Overview

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR) at Procore, you will utilize your strong problem-solving and people skills to help save our customers time and resources via one-call resolutions, giving our clients the confidence to understand, use, and evangelize Procore's platform.

In Short

  • Provide excellent customer support for Procore's software.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Clear communicator with experience in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Strong curiosity and persistence in troubleshooting problems.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset for detecting and solving issues.
  • Superb attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Interest in the construction industry is a plus.
