Overview

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role you’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing enterprise accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procore’s products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic based territory.
  • Highlight the value of Procore and its product suite.
  • Work cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps and Customer Success Engineers.
  • Research accounts and identify key champions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts.
  • Pursue knowledge of key competitors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate leads and opportunities in Salesforce.com.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues.
  • Periodic travel to client onsite visits.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales model.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships.
  • Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecasting.
