Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer II to drive the success of Procore’s customers in Canada. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing business performance gains from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

In Short

  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of Procore.
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems.
  • Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers.
  • Drive product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources.
  • Act as a technical account manager providing high-level customer service.
  • Support and mentor fellow team members.
  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Construction industry expertise.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude for mastering Procore’s offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of various construction industry verticals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
