Customer Success Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at CyberArk, you will be a key product specialist within our Customer Success organization. Leveraging your expert product knowledge and strong communication skills, you will drive customer adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure successful renewals.

In Short

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
• Conduct CyberArk Blueprint sessions for customer education.
• Provide consultative guidance based on security objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a unified customer experience.
• Support customer engagement programs and community activities.
• Create educational content for customers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer success or similar roles.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity and Cloud services.
• Ability to work with executive level resources.
• Knowledge of PAM, IAM, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, and databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
