Overview

Zero Networks is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our products post-purchase. You will act as a vital link between our technical teams and customers, providing training, deployment support, and ongoing engagement to foster strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Collaborate with customers to drive usage of Zero Networks' products.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers.
  • Schedule and conduct regular touch bases with customers.
  • Lead technical issue resolution in collaboration with support and R&D.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of relevant technologies.
  • Experience conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in customer success, technical support, or related role.
  • Strong technical background and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, REST APIs, and scripting technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
