Field Marketing Manager, North America - Remote

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America to plan and execute field marketing campaigns & activity in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and as informed by the overall marketing strategy and demand generation goals of the business.

In Short

• Plan and coordinate major company events (e.g. industry trade shows, sponsored regional or local events, and internal team events).
• Responsible for the entire event from promotion, attendance, to follow-up with lead-pipeline capture.
• Track lead flow to ensure timely follow-up with event attendees and campaign responders.
• Manage budget development and setting of ROI targets for each event.
• Solicit feedback and manage post-event evaluations for learnings and improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing team to implement an integrated strategy combining various marketing channels.
• Track results of all campaign activity and make recommendations for future activity.
• Travel requirements: 1-2 times per quarter with flexibility to travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in field marketing program execution, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM (ideally SFDC) and MAP (ideally HubSpot).
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
