Growth Marketing Manager, North America - Remote

Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, North America, you will own and drive Earnix’s omni-channel campaign initiatives to engage new and existing prospects to grow, improve and accelerate our pipeline.

In Short

• Create, execute, and optimize ongoing and custom Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Develop a segmented and persona-based approach to deliver highly personalized engagements at scale.
• Discover and capitalize on new and innovative ways to reach relevant prospects at the right time with the right message.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain a relentless focus on pipeline growth and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing a strategic growth agenda to drive demand and pipeline growth.
• Proficiency with modern MarTech tools and platforms.
• Direct experience utilizing Gen AI tools to boost marketing efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
