Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) at ReversingLabs, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring deployment success, system health, and technical adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Own technical onboarding and deployment for enterprise customers.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews to assess system health.
  • Guide adoption and integration usage of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with Support and Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to align technical progress with account goals.
  • Maintain customer-specific technical documentation.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide insights into usage metrics.
  • Collect and share structured customer feedback with Product and Engineering.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 5–10%; primarily remote).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Experience with technical health checks and onboarding deployments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
