In Short

  • Drive customer success as a trusted partner.
  • Ensure onboarding excellence and effective performance monitoring.
  • Educate clients about product features throughout their contract lifecycle.
  • Identify client usage gaps and collaborate to drive up-sell opportunities.
  • Build relationships and assist with account education.
  • Contribute to customer case studies, knowledge base articles, and webinars.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Research internet-related events impacting customer applications.
  • Stay updated through workshops and professional publications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify product opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a customer facing/technical consulting role.
  • Understanding of web and internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with Integration tools in Synthetic and APM industry.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
  • Knowledge of the web-performance industry is a plus.
  • Good analytical and data triangulation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
