Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive customer and developer success for current and prospective chain builders using the core Cosmos stack.

In Short

Requirements

Ability to learn and teach new technologies.
Excellent coordination skills across various teams.
Strong communication skills in both conversational and technical writing.
Graceful handling of feedback and contentious situations.
Experience with the Cosmos SDK is a plus.
