Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer, you are not only our customers' technical champion, but also an experienced software engineer adept at navigating the complexities of programming and DevOps ecosystems.

In Short

  • Design and implement efficient code checking and dependency checking mechanisms using Maven and Gradle.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers, offering expert guidance during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
  • Customize security solutions to suit customers' environments and develop tailored solutions as needed.
  • Act promptly on technical issues, applying advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Build lasting relationships with a broad spectrum of customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Promote robust security practices and empower developers to write secure code.
  • Lead and manage technical integration projects.
  • Participate in a selection process that includes multiple interview stages.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in software engineering, with 6 to 10 years of experience in programming languages (preferably Python), application security, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience developing customized technical solutions and client-facing roles.
  • A passionate advocate for customer success, focused on building secure and scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, anticipating customer needs.
  • Fluency in English at Upper Intermediate level is required.
