Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer at Clarifai, you will drive customer retention by ensuring smooth onboarding and continued success with the Clarifai platform, fostering customer loyalty and advocacy through high-touch support.

In Short

  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through onboarding and support.
  • Identify product gaps and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Promote AI adoption and demonstrate new use cases to customers.
  • Lead tailored onboarding sessions for successful AI/ML deployments.
  • Assist with technical challenges and integration efforts.
  • Conduct regular account audits and health checks.
  • Maintain high responsiveness, including after-hours support.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
  • Deliver best practices for AI model deployment and performance optimization.
  • Drive retention through regular touchpoints and semi-annual QBRs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Technical experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
