Overview

Conduktor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support customers in utilizing their Enterprise Data Management platform, focusing on Apache Kafka and data streaming solutions.

In Short

Onboard new enterprise customers with Conduktor’s products.
Train customers to effectively use Conduktor products.
Coordinate and analyze technical issues for customers.
Improve product documentation and write knowledge-base articles.
Advocate for customers' needs to the Product/Engineering team.
Continuously learn about products and the data streaming ecosystem.

Requirements

Strong interest in technology.
Consulting or customer-facing experience.
Hands-on experience with distributed technologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to troubleshoot applications on Linux.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and curious.
