As a Sales Engineer at Conduktor, you will bridge the gap between our innovative Kafka platform and our customers, demonstrating how our solutions can address their business and technical challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company targeting developers.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts in the DACH region.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business contexts.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships in distributed teams.
• Understanding of streaming systems like Apache Kafka and Linux.
• Capability to qualify and execute proof-of-value activities.
