Overview

The Customer Success Engineer will assist customers with their expansions and technical issues, ensuring they receive maximum value from Kneat's products.

In Short

  • Assist customers in achieving success with Kneat's application.
  • Provide pre and post-sale support to the sales team.
  • Conduct training for customers on the Kneat system.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Kneat's technology.
  • Identify business process improvements for customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales on account strategies.
  • Ensure success of customer pilots through effective training.
  • Support product development with customer feedback.
  • Travel to client sites as required.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
  • Strong stakeholder/customer management skills.
  • Understanding of project management processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Customer-oriented and self-initiated.
  • Ability to speak/write a second language is a plus.
