Overview

The Customer Success Engineer will partner with Account Executives to serve valued customers in the post-sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience and guiding the implementation of best practices.

In Short

  • Act as the post-sale point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Lead service delivery to ensure timely delivery and successful deployments.
  • Educate customers on AuthZed product concepts.
  • Guide customers towards best-practice implementations.
  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Collect and deliver customer feedback to internal teams.
  • Monitor customer health and flag churn risks.
  • Build relationships to achieve customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role in the software industry.
  • Experience with Fortune 1000 engineering organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Proficient in cloud environments and Kubernetes.
  • Skilled in programming languages like Go, Javascript, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with HTTP or gRPC APIs.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in conducting technical demos and presentations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
