In Short

  • Drive customer success and engagement.
  • Onboard customers and ensure effective performance monitoring.
  • Educate clients on product features and capabilities.
  • Identify client usage gaps and collaborate with sales.
  • Build relationships and assist with account education.
  • Create content for case studies and knowledge bases.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Research internet-related events impacting applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.
  • Contribute to client renewals and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a customer facing/technical consulting role.
  • Understanding of web and internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and REST APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
  • Good analytical and data triangulation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC.
