Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our Documentation team, focusing on documenting CyberArk’s Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities.

In Short

• Produce high-quality content for administrators, implementers, and end-users.
• Document APIs, integration workflows, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Create and edit embedded UI text (microcopy).
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor less experienced writers.
• Contribute to team-wide initiatives.
• Ensure content is structured and optimized for search and AI consumption.
• Stay flexible to take on documentation for adjacent products.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of technical writing experience.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Expertise in documenting APIs and integrations.
• Experience with authoring and source control tools.
• Skilled at planning, writing, reviewing, and delivering documentation.
• Broad understanding of cybersecurity and identity security.
• Highly motivated and resourceful.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
