Overview

The Customer Success Engineer - II serves as a single point of contact for technical consultation for a designated customer base, providing consulting services and developing plans related to systems definition and feasibility determination.

In Short

  • Acts as the main technical consultant for assigned customers.
  • Develops technical, tactical, and strategic plans for customers.
  • Proposes and implements system enhancements.
  • Provides escalation coverage and adheres to security policies.
  • Collaborates with implementation teams on new builds.
  • Creates and maintains customer technical documentation.
  • Participates in customer meetings and strategy implementations.
  • Manages operational health activities and risk identification.
  • Provides P1 technical support including 24x7 on-call as required.
  • May lead technical projects to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience in the job discipline.
  • Ability to build knowledge of company processes and customers.
  • Experience in performing a range of assignments related to job discipline.
  • Ability to analyze situations using prescribed guidelines.
  • Moderate level of guidance and direction required.
