Overview

The Customer Success Engineer III serves as a single point of contact for technical consultation for a designated customer base in Private Cloud, providing consulting services and ensuring integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.

In Short

  • Acts as a single point of contact for technical consultation.
  • Develops technical, tactical, and strategic plans for customers.
  • Implements system enhancements and assesses compatibility of products.
  • Provides escalation coverage for dedicated customer base.
  • Responsible for adhering to security policies and procedures.
  • Solves complex problems with minimal guidance.
  • Leads projects or project steps within broader projects.
  • Provides technical consultation in POCs and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Collaborates with implementation teams on new builds.
  • Responsible for operational health activities and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge in Private Cloud and virtualization.
  • Expert-level knowledge of VMware technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Windows Server OS and networking.
  • Experience with backup and recovery tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in System Administration and Consulting.
  • MCSA, MCSE, VMware certifications preferred.
  • Ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Experience working directly with key customer stakeholders.
