The Professional Services Solutions Consultant at Procore plays a key role in supporting the sale of Professional Services focused on product integrations, migrations, and customizations, leveraging consulting methodologies and enterprise software systems to inspire customer confidence.

• Support the sale of Procore's Professional Services.
• Scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients.
• Serve as the link between sales commitments and service delivery.
• Position services through value-based selling tailored to customer needs.
• Create SOWs and Amendments.
• Drive customer satisfaction during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance service offerings.
• Assist Sales with proposals and service designs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MA/MS/MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience with consulting, project management, and customer management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with drafting and presenting SOWs.
• Ability to apply strategic thinking in decision-making.
• Experience with RFPs and technical writing preferred.
• Experience co-scoping services with third-party providers.
