Overview

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Strategy & Planning Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy & Planning team. In this high-exposure role, you'll be instrumental in shaping GTM decisions and driving operational efficiency across all revenue-generating teams. You will leverage data and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the planning, deployment, and growth of our revenue functions. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth and hands-on experience at the intersection of GTM operations, analytics, and executive decision-making.

In Short

• Communicate data-driven findings and strategic narratives to stakeholders.
• Execute and support annual planning processes and territory management.
• Contribute to revenue planning cycles and resource allocation decisions.
• Assist in defining and enforcing commercial Rules of Engagement.
• Support quota management and incentive compensation operations.
• Ensure data quality and integrity within CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• 4-6 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Suite and experience with Salesforce and Tableau.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations, sales strategy & planning, or finance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an executive presence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
