Overview

Keeper is hiring an analytical and energetic Revenue Strategy & Operations Analyst to support and enhance the operational processes and analytical capabilities of our Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of sales and customer success performance.
• Maintain and enhance centralized reporting and dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Provide visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and customer success metrics.
• Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in reporting.
