Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Revenue Technology & Process team. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our go-to-market teams, using your knowledge of sales processes to optimize go-to-market as it relates to data, enhancing seller productivity, and providing data-driven insights. Your primary goal will be to ensure our sales strategy is effectively executed through well-designed processes and systems, making our sales teams more efficient and successful.

In Short

• Define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy and reliability.
• Support sales teams with tactical activities like defining Ideal Customer Profiles and territory management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering.
• Lead and implement scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve sales performance.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Document business processes and promote transparency.
• Conduct training to drive user adoption of sales tools.
• Stay current on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or analytics roles.
• Proven success in improving CRM data quality.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Excel, and BI tools.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Plus: Salesforce Admin Certification(s).
