In Short

• Manage recurring Revenue Organization reports (Board Decks, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews).
• Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue performance.
• Partner with Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assess trends and gaps in data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Revenue Org data for key partners.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, math, or quantitative analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in an operations or analyst role.
• Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel, including analytical models.
• Familiarity with GTM metrics (Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, etc.).
• Ability to ask the right questions to uncover insights.
• Strong judgment in making assumptions with incomplete data.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Ideally, experience with tools like Looker, Hubspot, and Zapier.
