Senior AI System Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior AI System Engineer will design, build, and maintain internal AI solutions that power Spring Health’s next generation of productivity and automation, acting as the business partner for AI across the organization.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in software engineering or similar roles
• Strong scripting or programming experience (Python preferred)
• Experience building LLM-based applications
• Experience with enterprise AI tools
• Hands-on experience with APIs and automation frameworks
• Ability to prototype in ambiguous problem spaces
• Strong communication skills
• A collaborative approach to help teams adopt AI
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise search platforms
• Prior work in regulated environments is a plus
