Overview

The Senior Clinical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Spring Health’s leadership in responsible and ethical AI innovation for mental health.

In Short

• Program manage the AI Safety & Ethics in Mental Health Council.
• Partner with executive sponsors for the development of VERA-MH.
• Serve as the clinical representative in AI product development.
• Review and assess AI use cases for clinical accuracy.
• Coordinate new product features for a high-quality user experience.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery of Council recommendations.
• Contribute to peer-reviewed publications in AI safety.
• Build clinical safety tooling for AI outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare technology.
• Independently licensed in a mental health field.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI systems and associated risks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in mental or behavioral health settings preferred.
