Clinical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager leads strategic programs and projects for our Clinical organization, managing large initiatives and concurrent medium-sized projects to ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.

In Short

• Lead a program portfolio of Clinical projects with strong governance.
• Work with business owners to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and resource capacity plans.
• Manage program progress, including timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor changes impacting scope, schedule, budget, or resources.
• Identify and resolve program risks and issues across domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering on resource and delivery schedules.
• Create stakeholder communication plans for clarity and engagement.
• Facilitate regular status meetings for timely decision making.
• Demonstrate core competencies: authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, outcome-oriented.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program delivery experience in healthcare.
• Strong program initiation, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Experience managing clinical vendors and monitoring performance.
• Resource capacity planning experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
