Clinical Services Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Services Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading projects and driving initiatives within our Clinical Services team. This hands-on position involves collaborating with leadership to ensure seamless process development, procedural implementation, and driving engagement that contributes to the success of Healthmap Solutions.

In Short

• Oversee projects and sub-projects new client implementations, including data integrity and building client relationships.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Ensure all Policies and Procedures (P&P’s) are current and accessible.
• Own communication strategy for clinical services and sub departments.
• Coordinate and organize meetings and training sessions.
• Partner with the quality department to adhere to NCQA standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Perform other operational functions for the growth of Healthmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in clinical, provider and/or quality activities.
• Proven history of generating superior results.
• Proof of valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Availability to work outside normal business hours as needed.
• Travel as needed to support business requirements.
