Overview

The Manager, Clinical Services is responsible for achieving quality outcomes and improving patient-centered care through the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and education materials.

In Short

Requirements

  • Education commensurate with RN/LPN or Registered Dietitian status.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Nephrology experience.
  • Experience in CQI preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Certification within 2 years of employment.
  • Current driver’s license and insurable record.
  • Schedule flexibility and travel capability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to patient care and safety.
