Overview

The Clinical Services Manager - RN will support the Georgia region by managing clinical quality and care for patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.

In Short

  • Manage clinical quality through observation and coaching.
  • Assess and coach clinical acumen to reduce patient admissions.
  • Collaborate on educational tools and policies.
  • Conduct audits of RN work and patient results.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Monitor scorecards and create action plans.
  • Conduct site visits as required.
  • Travel required: up to 75% including overnight.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience.
  • Preferred experience in renal nursing and case management.

Requirements

  • A.D.N degree required; B.S.N preferred.
  • Current RN license in Georgia.
  • Must live in Georgia and be able to travel.
  • Experience in healthcare performance coaching required.
  • Solid computer skills in MS Office.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Driver’s license with a positive record required.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
