Clinical Services Manager - Remote

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join Oviva as a Clinical Services Manager. This is a permanent full-time position.

In Short

• You will manage a team of Dietitians, Health Coaches, Psychologists and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
• Ensure the team delivers fantastic care to patients while supporting their development.
• Advocate for the Clinical Services Team within the wider Clinical Function.
• Support projects to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement changes within the Clinical Services Team.
• Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of programs and technology platform.
• Work closely with Patient Services, Account Management, and Finance & BI Teams.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects/groups.
• Own work streams and be responsible for the delivery of direct reports.

Requirements

• Experience in managing clinical teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
• Experience in healthcare or related fields.
