Overview

As Head of Finance for Switzerland, you’ll shape strategy, steer performance, and lead financial operations in a rapidly expanding digital health provider.

In Short

• Own all financial operations in the Swiss market, including cash flow, KPIs, group reporting, and audits.
• Partner with leadership to shape the Swiss strategy and steer performance through planning and insights.
• Develop and mentor finance talent with a direct report and the opportunity to shape a growing team.
• Improve processes, implement tools (ERP, planning, cash management), and drive automation.
• Represent Finance in cross-functional initiatives, acting as a thought leader and collaborator.
• Support scenario planning, business cases, and investment analysis for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• A strong track record in senior finance roles, particularly in business partnering or controlling.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
• Fluency in English and advanced German skills.
• Sharp financial modeling and Excel expertise; comfortable with tools like NetSuite, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• A collaborative, insight-driven mindset and a knack for coaching others.
