Client Services Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver a best-in-class service to clients across one or more client accounts, building trust and strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve the talent acquisition partnership goals.

• Lead a high performing team to provide high quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
• Set performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports.
• Establish regular communications with team members.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics.
• Manage programs and campaigns to build candidate pipeline.
• Participate in client meetings and share updates.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes.
• Responsible for P&L management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field preferred.
