Overview

The Manager - Client Services is responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring financial performance, and driving client satisfaction and retention through strategic initiatives and effective account management.

In Short

  • Accountable for overall delivery against contractual terms with clients.
  • Responsible for driving initiatives across all lines of business.
  • Monitors program performance and identifies trends.
  • Coordinates business solutions for new opportunities.
  • Manages implementation processes for new client accounts.
  • Develops account management strategy plans.
  • Handles contract negotiation and closure.
  • Analyzes data to discover insights and trends.
  • Ensures timely delivery of required reports to clients.
  • Participates in the HealthHelp Quality Management Program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managed care/utilization management preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • P&L management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
