Overview

The Clinical Programs Manager will assist in improving the speed and efficiency of clinical protocol creation, supporting the development of business requirements, and collaborating with various corporate departments to ensure clinical needs are met in IT systems.

In Short

• Assist Pharma Ops in clinical protocol development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• ESRD/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Technical background and competency preferred.
• Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
