This vital, patient-centered role provides education and guidance to DaVita patients about health insurance and the implications of different insurance options.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Healthcare organization experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office required.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking required.
