Overview

The Director of Talent Acquisition at DaVita is responsible for leading a team to fill critical field positions while partnering with operational leaders to align on talent acquisition strategies that support patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of management experience preferred.
• 7 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
• In-depth knowledge of staffing laws and regulations.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office required.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
