Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition.
• 7+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Specific Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Mastery of operational processes and tools.
• Experience in the Tech Industry preferred.
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HR analytics tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
