As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sandstone Care, you will lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcing specialists to attract and hire top professionals in behavioral health and addiction treatment. • Foster a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
• Analyze key recruiting metrics to drive efficiency and quality hiring outcomes.
• Manage recruiting budget to maximize ROI on sourcing strategies.
• Innovate talent pipeline strategies to proactively source top candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in recruiting (managing a team of 3 or more professionals) is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
