Overview

Kojo is a fast-growing construction technology company focused on transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to help scale our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering organizations.

In Short

  • Own every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer roll-out.
  • Collaborate with leaders across various departments to fill open roles.
  • Partner with the COO to enhance scalable and efficient recruiting processes.
  • Design and implement processes within the applicant tracking system.
  • Oversee relationships with external search firms and consultants.
  • Lead a team of contract sourcers to meet hiring goals.
  • Design a best-in-class recruiting and interview process.
  • Create and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment.
  • Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new hires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience reporting to C-Suite level preferred.
  • Track record of building data-driven recruitment processes.
  • Experience hiring for global teams, particularly in LATAM & Asia.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and technology tools.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives.
