  • Work 100% remotely from home.

Requirements

  • 75+ cold calls per day experience in a BDR or SDR role.
  • Effective phone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Growth mindset and resilience.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Passion for impacting the construction industry.
  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales is a bonus.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
