Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Kojo, you will be responsible for ensuring that our largest strategic customers achieve their goals and realize the highest value from our solutions.

In Short

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.

  • Report on customer project progress and health metrics.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to address customer needs.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with teams for resolutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, with 2 years in enterprise management.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Ability to assess risk and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
