As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining happy customers who realize full value from the platform and partnership, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., SFDC, JIRA).
  • Technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with email security technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Ability to drive customer adoption of platform features.
