People Technology Manager - Remote

Overview

Abnormal Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company, and we are looking to grow our People Technology & Analytics team. In this role, you will help shape how work gets done, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and leverage your technical expertise to deliver on meaningful, high impactful projects that will help shape the future of Abnormal.

In Short

• Lead configuration efforts for Workday modules.
• Design and deliver complex reports using Workday's capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards.
• Design and maintain scalable HR process infrastructure.
• Manage Workday security roles and permissions.
• Guide and influence project teams across People Tech.
• Provide tier-3 support for complex issues.
• Help develop and execute the People Technology Roadmap.
• Leverage best practices to ensure data security and integrity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Demonstrated success in owning complex systems/projects.
• Strong cross-functional influence and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with high autonomy and business acumen.
• Workday certifications a plus.
