Overview

This role is responsible for corralling HR technology (Cornerstone, Lattice, Greenhouse, etc.) that enables HR capabilities while supporting the development and execution of product roadmaps focusing on enhancing the value of technology solutions for the HR team.

In Short

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of a portfolio of HR enterprise applications.
  • Partner with team members in HR and other departments to identify needs, define future objectives, and implement solutions.
  • Supervise project management, ensuring successful execution from concept to delivery.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, handle licensing and performance.
  • Supervise enterprise application implementations and enhancements.
  • Drive process standardization, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify training and change management needs.
  • Ensure all applications meet SOX and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT with a focus on HR enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of business applications.
  • Experience in market research and product strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
