In Short

• Build and maintain backend services powering CEP's product surface
• Design and evolve event-driven pipelines (Kafka consumers, Airflow DAGs)
• Work across a multi-tenant, multi-cloud deployment footprint
• Leverage AI-augmented development tools
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional partners
• Contribute to service reliability and operational quality
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Backend development experience with Python or Golang
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, and performance optimization
• Experience with AI development tools
• Experience with event-driven systems
• Familiarity with email delivery pipelines and authentication standards
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Experience improving service reliability in production systems
• Prior work in cybersecurity or email security
