Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Accounts at Element451, you will take ownership of large, complex institutional partnerships, ensuring high adoption, retention, and expansion.

In Short

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic consulting for full-cycle student engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of client contracts.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of client projects.
  • Conduct discovery sessions for platform implementation.
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Develop Managed Services documentation and processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
