In Short

• Lead and scale the finance and accounting function during a transformative period of growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and PSG.
• Design and implement KPIs that drive decision-making.
• Build scalable processes and systems for financial management.
• Support acquisition opportunities and lead post-close integration.
• Prepare compelling board presentations and investor updates.
• Oversee accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and payroll.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and manage financial audits.
• Drive accountability through collaboration with functional leaders.
• Maintain risk management and cash flow oversight.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience in high-growth SaaS businesses.
• Prior experience as VP Finance or Head of Finance.
• Expertise in building finance infrastructure and systems.
• Strong FP&A capabilities with data insight translation.
• Experience managing audits, board reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with M&A diligence and financial modeling.
• Comfortable working lean while thinking big.
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to understand data trends.
• AI-forward mindset with a focus on automation.
• CPA preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
