In Short

• Responsible for all budget and forecasting processes.
• Drive development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Lead financial aspects of fundraising.
• Produce materials for executive and board meetings.
• Build scalable systems to improve financial operations.
• Develop and oversee a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure sound financial governance and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strategic thinking and storytelling with financial data.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with financial modeling tools.
• Executive presence and collaboration skills.
• Experience partnering with C-level leaders.
• Ability to simplify complex business models.
• Direct experience in the healthcare industry.
